A rental counter clerk prepares merchandise for rental and computes the associated charges. He/she is the link between the rental company and the customer and his/her main duty is to align rental orders with the right customers.
Apart from preparing rentals and computing the payments, he/she carries out other duties including preparing the merchandise for presentation to the customers.
