A rental counter clerk prepares merchandise for rental and computes the associated charges. He/she is the link between the rental company and the customer and his/her main duty is to align rental orders with the right customers.

Apart from preparing rentals and computing the payments, he/she carries out other duties including preparing the merchandise for presentation to the customers. They also take customers calls and provide information on orders, are responsible for providing customers with the information about the quality of the merchandise and terms of rental. Instructions

  1. Rating: Rate the employee against the core skills based on how well he/she demonstrates each skill. Give scores 1, 2, or 3 for each rating depending on the employee's performance.
