A Database Administrator is assigned the primary role of overseeing the development and management of all databases within a company. They will normally ensure that all databases are secure and facilitate the easy access to the databases when needed. In addition to that, they will ensure effective and efficient use of all the available databases.

  4. Human Resources Review: Human resources manager must examine and indicate whether he/she concurs with the evaluation and comments. If the manager agrees, then he/she must sign the evaluation form. If he/she doesn't concur, then he/she must provide reasons explaining why this is so.
