A Clinical Data Manager is responsible for analyzing clinical data, identifying, and reporting clinical trends by applying the knowledge of health care and database management.   2. Employee Comments: The employee must comment next to each goal under "Employee Comments" with "Okay" for goals which he/she feels comfortable working with, and "Needs Clarification" for goals which he/she believes need to be discussed further.
