A Concrete Foreman ensures that the assigned concrete projects are completed on time with the efficient use of resources. He/she is in charge of the daily operations of the concrete crew, organizes and supervises the employees to perform given tasks, monitors the progress of the tasks and coordinates subcontractors.

Other duties associated with the role include planning ahead to ensure timely supply of equipment and materials, running equipment, finishing concrete, ensuring safety at the job site, coordinating job site inspections, decision making in relation to project planning and production, reading the blueprint, maintain paperwork that include field reports and timecards, schedule and coordinate labor and materials, review the work daily to ensure it complies with the plans.

  2. Comments: Use this area to give examples of employee's performance phrases. The phrases should describe how well an employee has performed on previously set goals based on the given core skill.
  3. Summary: Use this section to give a summary of the employee's strengths and areas for improvement or development. Recommend a step increase for an employee who has met the expectations and performance improvement plans for one who doesn't meet expectations.
