A Final Testing Engineer is responsible for ensuring the final product meets the quality standards and functions properly. This role works in a variety of industries ranging from IT to automobile carrying out different tests that vary depending on the product and industry that involve monitoring, assembling, manipulating and improving a product to ensure it is not defective in any way.

Primary responsibilities for this position include making sure products perform their proposed functions in a satisfactory manner, monitoring particular parts or set of components to ensure they work appropriately, monitoring and manipulating the instruments and methods being used to test the products, using statistical methods to identify recurring problems and give a detailed report on the defects, assembling, improving and performing maintenance tests on equipment.

  1. Rating: Rate the employee against the core skills based on how well he/she demonstrates each skill. Give scores 1, 2, or 3 for each rating depending on the employee's performance.
