An employee performance evaluation report helps the company know who is being productive and who is not. Performance report gives you a very particular way to tell what workers to retain and who to let go. It defines what areas need improvement and congratulates those that are done in an excellent way. The employee is also helped to understand what areas they need to improve depending on what targets are set and what he/she has accomplished.
