REF: Reward for exemplary services

Dear Ms. Campbell,

Congratulations on becoming the top best employee in the company and receiving the August reward for the best leader in 2015. As you are aware, this award is voted by the co-workers for the team member or leader who has contributed the most to their success during the company year that ends in August.

Almost all nominations voted you in as the best employee who went out of your way to help other staff especially the newbies with their projects. Various coworkers said that you were always cheerful and positive even when the team struggled to deliver the projects within the set deadlines.

Your team was the very first to note how organized you and efficient you were. They were highly impressed by your loyalty and the hard work you portrayed. Your team members appreciated your leadership and training that you freely offered without favoritism or prejudice. Allocation of resources was reported to have been well accounted for with every coin distributed the way it was meant to be.

All in all you received the majority nominations, and so I proudly notify you that you have been selected as the Team Leader of the year. Your reward as you know is $2,000 gift voucher to eat out at your favorite food joint for you and your loved one.

This reward letter brings you our warmest congratulations as a company. It is an honor to be unanimously selected by your teammates. Do not hesitate to ask any questions or concerns you may have.

Sincerely,

Cindy Thomas,
