Feedback to manager sample letter

It is true that employees do all the work and make the company shine of productivity and growth. However, we cannot overlook the fact that there are managers and supervisors - the bosses who make things run smoothly in the organizations. They set goals and targets and motivate us to reach and exceed them so that as the company thrives, the employees thrives too. Employers give all the support and motivation the employees need to be productive. They go the extra mile of awarding them awards for work well done. Unfortunately, most employees do not think about their employers as people who need feedback to encourage them. This feedback can be a thank you letter or a card to congratulate them on the work they do and motivate them to do better. Employees are encouraged to send in thank you feedback to the bosses and watch them melt in appreciation as they feel cherished and special.

REF: Appreciating you for being the best boss in 2014

Dear Mr. Goose,

On behalf of the sales department, we thank you Mr. Goose for being our good friend as well as our manager. As we close our company year and head off for Christmas, we cannot just leave without appreciating the best boss in 2014.

We in the sales department know that were it not for you motivating us and training us as we should, we could not have achieved much. We appreciate you for being behind the scenes of every sale we made and making us look good in the eyes of every director thinking that we did it on our own. It is you who did it through us!

We appreciate you for not giving up on us even when we did not believe in ourselves. Thank you for encouraging us when we came back with no sales at all. Thank you for the many pieces of training you equipped us with to be able to approach and talk to clients with confidence.

To appreciate you, we want to take you and your family out for dinner at The Food Place on Friday evening December 20, 2014.

We look forward to having time together to appreciate you.

Sincerely,

Justus N. New,
