- Why should we hire you?
Have in mind that all the candidates went through the same learning process as you thus avoid general answers. The manager is looking for uniqueness and creativity.
- Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Analyze a reasonable career path to follow that is an advancement from the position you are applying for.
- Why did you choose our company?
Let the manager be convinced by the answer you give e.g. I want to explore my skills, gain experience and more so prove my capabilities, and I believe your company will help me achieve that.
- How do you work under pressure?
Working under pressure give me confidence, and it’s an opportunity to figure out my abilities.
- What are your goals?
I always wanted to be a respectable person in an organization. My primary purpose is to crack the interview and secure the post.
- Would you give a lie for the company?
The answer should be No., e.g.; I’m sorry I would not lie for the enterprise. Lies help us escape the current situation, but one day we will have to face the consequences.
- Don’t you believe you are overqualified for the position?
I think I am qualified for this post not overqualified since am a beginner, and there is more to learn from the job.
- Are you willing to sacrifice for the company?
I would be more than willing to raise my capabilities for this company.
- If you are hiring for this positions what would you look at?
I would consider two essential things; the skills to perform the task and the right attitude. Skills with no attitude result to poor work input.
