Even if you are a fresher with no experience, you should know about the company and its business of operation as you are going to work for the organization.

  • What are your goals and how do you plan on achieving them?

State both short term and long term goals. E.g short term goal is to crack the interview and secure the post. My long-term goal is to build a strong presence in the company.

  • What are you expecting to achieve in this job?

This being the first job, I expect the company to exploit my skills. I want to gain experience and advance my career if given the opportunity.

Bring in your unique traits. Note that the candidates having the interview got the same education qualification as you.

  • What do you know about the company?

When invited for an interview, the first preparation steps involve researching about the company background. You can emphasize on the latest achievements of the company

  • Would you lie for the company?

A Lie is a short-term solution to a problem. Eventually, the truth will be known. I would rather face the situation now avoid the future consequences.
